Football - ages 6-8 yrs.
Cheer - Ages 6-7 yrs
Use these forms only for Jr. Bandit and Bandit Teams.

Mitey-Mite (90#) thru Midget (160#)
Football - ages 9-15 yrs
Cheer - ages 8-15 yrs
Use these forms only for Mitey Mite, Jr. Peewee, Peewee, Jr. Midget, and Midget
